I built this website MYSELF, which my ex-wife said I could not do, and here we both are.

Wear it. Wash it. If it stinks, Dale refunds you. 60 days.

Email dale@dalesdepot.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. You get a prepaid return label and a full refund to your original payment method once the item is scanned by the carrier. Worn and washed items are included — that is the point. Refunds are processed within three business days of the scan. Shipping charges you paid on the original order are refunded too. There is no restocking fee and there is no form.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK ME

Is this a real store?
Yes. Real shirts, real hats, real checkout, real returns. The website looks like this because I made it and I like it.
How does the sizing run?
True to size on the shirts — take your normal size. The hats are one size with an adjustable strap at the back.
How long does shipping take?
Printed in one to two business days, then two to five days in the mail depending on where you live. The rate is shown before you pay.
What if I do not like it?
Sixty days, free return label, full refund. Wash it first if you want, that is allowed and it is the whole point of the guarantee.
Are the prices in US dollars?
Yes. You are looking at US dollars because you are in the United States, and your card is charged in US dollars. Shopify sorts that out, not me. If you are in Canada you see Canadian dollars instead. I am in Canada. I have not moved.
Who is Dale?
Me. I am the webmaster. I built this website. I answer the emails and I read the guestbook.
Why does this website look like that?
Because every other store looks like every other store. Also I learned this in 2003 and it still works.
